Learn about the family of Moonbeam Farm
Our petting zoo started as a small, working family farm. A few chicks were hatched, we where given a bunny named "Itchie", Sheepie stopped by, along with several "hand-me-down" goats, and soon the whole family was busy day and night taking care of our farm-animal pets. That was a few years ago and since then we have fine tuned our zoo with a nice variety of gentle baby farm animals and our beloved pony, Daisy.
> Speaking of which, why don't you meet Daisy! She's soft and fluffy and wonderful to ride on.
We bring 3-4 sturdy, attractive, kid-friendly pens that hold our animals while they are out visiting. For fun, we also pack a bucket of child size brushes, chick food and baby bottles in the Spring.

We usually bring lambs, baby goats, chicks, ducks, bunnies, a pig and the pony. Sometimes we have turkeys, guinea pigs, donkeys or kittens. We always travel with a crew of 20 to 25 animals.
